An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 1phbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. All bets placed on 1phbet are final once confirmed. For political markets, results are determined by official proclamation or announcement by the relevant Philippine government authority. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 1phbet's decision is final and binding.
1phbet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
Maximum payout limits apply to all markets on 1phbet. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. 1phbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 1phbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balances held in the account.
